1. Payment

Payment for services must be made directly to Paddington Station Luggage Storage using the online checkout system or in-person (cash).

2. Content of Baggage

Your baggage must not contain travel documents, liquids, jewelry, cash, or other valuables of a similar nature.

3. Operating Hours

Please check the shop’s opening hours provided to you after booking. You must return for pick-up within a reasonable time to allow collection and inspection of any baggage before the shop’s closing time.

4. Ownership and Trading

4.1 www.paddingtonstationluggagestorage.co.uk and its associated website are owned and operated by Paddington Station Luggage Storage.

4.3 Trading via the website: Paddington Station Luggage Storage provides luggage storage services for tourists, travelers, and students.

5. Booking and Service

5.1 Bookings can be made 24/7 via the website. Orders placed outside the shop’s opening hours can only be used the following day once the shop has opened. The shop’s opening hours are listed on the website.
5.2 The website may be unavailable at times due to updates and maintenance.
5.3 Customers must be over 18 years old and have a valid payment card to book luggage storage.
5.4 Payment is deducted immediately, and luggage can be stored on the booking date.
5.5 Payment information is not stored by Paddington Station Luggage Storage and cannot be accessed by us or the shop.
5.6 Payment information provided at the time of booking cannot be changed during storage. Any new details must be used for future bookings.
5.7 Customers receive an email receipt for each completed transaction.
5.8 The estimated amount displayed before an order is placed is based on the customer’s submitted information.

6. Types of Luggage

6.1 Paddington Station Luggage Storage accepts standard types of luggage. The website will indicate if a shop has specific restrictions.
6.2 The following items are not considered standard and cannot be stored:

  • Jewelry

  • Cash

  • Weapons

  • Valuable documents

  • Life-saving medicine

  • Explosives or hazardous substances

  • Flammable fluids

  • Live animals

  • Perishable goods (including food)

  • Illegal items under UK law

  • Narcotics

  • Fragile items unsuitable for storage

  • Items of significant sentimental value
    6.3 The shop reserves the right to request that you open your luggage to confirm no prohibited items are inside.
    6.4 Any valuables must be secured in a lockable compartment of your luggage.
    6.5 Damage or loss of prohibited items is not covered by Paddington Station Luggage Storage, and responsibility lies solely with the customer.
    6.6 The shop reserves the right to refuse storage of luggage containing prohibited items.
    6.7 If such items are discovered, the shop may take necessary action, including destruction, removal, handing items over to the police, or arranging suitable storage at the customer’s expense.
    6.8 Any actions taken under clause 6.7 are without liability to Paddington Station Luggage Storage and at the customer’s cost if expenses are incurred.
    6.9 Luggage is insured up to a maximum of £500 per bag, including the bag’s value.

7. Risk of Luggage

7.1 Once luggage has been dropped off at the shop and the customer has received an electronic receipt, responsibility for damage lies with the shop and Paddington Station Luggage Storage (see clause 7.2).
7.2 After luggage has been collected and a receipt issued, responsibility transfers back to the customer.

8. Cancellation

8.1 UK consumer law applies to all purchases via www.paddingtonstationluggagestorage.co.uk.
8.2 Booking and storing luggage is covered by consumer law, and there is no right to cancel once the storage service has been provided.
8.3 A customer may withdraw from a booking agreement by collecting their luggage before it is placed into storage.
